Q: Did you guys go to school for photography?
A: The answer is No. We have both been completely surrounded by art our entire lives. Cory grew up painting, drawing, sculpting, and playing music. Visual art was definitely one of the main focal points of his life growing up. About 4 years ago he purchased his first camera and never looked back. Now instead of putting it on paper, he captures his art through the lens. Mandi, is known to be able to make anything look amazing. She is the master of taking something simple and turning it into fine art. Now she is the one mainly responsible for making you look like rock stars.
Q: What makes CALLAHANPHOTO different. Why should we invest our money to work with you?
A: Our goal is to be relevant to YOU. We will capture YOUR personalities in an environment that you are comfortable in. Nothing we shoot is traditional, and neither is our typical client. We don’t want to take one portrait of you standing and looking at the camera. We want to take a series of images that make a collective portrait of our clients. We are known for making our clients immediately comfortable with being in front of the camera. Fun is the number one priority, and everything else falls into place. Our normal client is someone who values photography as an investment, and they are looking to us to freeze these memories for the rest of their lives.
Q: What types of weddings, events, and people do you photograph?
A: All of them! We would love to have the experience to work on many different levels with many different people.
Q: Do you Travel?
A: Yep! We love to. We especially love destination weddings. If you have your heart set on CALLAHANPHOTO, but you live out of state….no worries! Our packages and rates will not change. We will require travel expenses to be covered, but we always try to make it as reasonable as possible.
Q: You are already booked for our date. Is there still a way we can get some work done?
A: Absolutely! We offer engagement session, Trash the Dress, Day After sessions, and Standard Portrait sessions. Give us a shout and we can set it up!
Q: Will you hold a date for us?
A: Unfortunately, due to the popularity of certain dates and the amount of inquiries that we receive we cannot hold dates until we receive a contract and deposit.
Q: How do we book a wedding or a session?
A: Just contact us and we can schedule the shoot. For weddings we always try to have a face to face meeting with our clients. This way we can go over everything in great detail. More importantly, we get to know each other. This lets you get comfortable with us, and we can learn how to capture your personalities on your big day.
